Thanks I enjoyed the article I have always enjoyed hikingI am addicted to hiking and plan to one try the appalachion trail.My aunt did hiked the entire trail at 80 so I figure at 52 surely I can make it.lol I am bookmarking this page and hope to read more about your adventures.
