WOW!
I love seeing fields of flowers. What wonderful photos you have taken here. Before St. Vincent’s in Santa Fe expanded their parking lot, that whole front area was a field of flowers one fall. I managed to position myself so that only trees and flowers were in the photos that I took. It looked like I was out on the prairie. Later that fall, it was all torn up, never to bloom again. While I understand that adequate parking is necessary, I think cities and towns need more flowers for the health of those who dwell there.
Awesomely beautiful . . . I like how the sunflowers just go on over the hill.
Thanks for letting us see the world through your eyes. I have not been to the Dakotas since I was 10 years old.
Sunflower fields forever….
Just a big old smile.
Is this your next teardrop trailer?? http://i.imgur.com/PmX7I.jpg
I love following your travels. I found Egon through your blog. He is building one more teardrop this winter. I can not wait to see it hooked up to my car. We recently purchased a 2007 P.T. Crusier which is a beautiful silver color that Chrysler calles Pewter. My husband thinks we should name them or get those special license plates. So far he has come up with Silver/Shadow…Silver/Bullit…lol! I have always wanted SUNDOWNER/SUNDWNR from the movie with Robert Mitchum and Deborah Kerr…..the line that says … “that’s people like us…our home is where we are when the sun goes down.” We can’t wait to get on the road. Thanks for all your posts on boondocking and budgets they were very helpful. Egon sent me some pictures and it looks awesome. Do you have any ideas for equipment that might be useful? Do you use an awning over the teardrops kitchen? Happy travels…….hope to see you on the road one day in “Egon #5”
